Seeking Architectural Evaluators
$40,000–$70,000 annually · Full-time preferred, part-time negotiable · Two remote days a week after six months.
What you would do
- Assess facilities for deficiencies and document existing conditions
- Interview key facility staff during evaluations
- Write reports conveying building conditions and client needs
- Make recommendations for improvements and update databases
- Travel regionally for out-of-town evaluations
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field
- Able to be on your feet for eight hours and climb ladders
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Working knowledge of standard office and web-based software
Desired
- One to two years of related experience
- A master’s degree in architecture or a related field
- An architectural licence, or the ability to obtain a New Mexico licence
- An understanding of building systems and ADA requirements
